Learning to hold up the "falling sky"

●Reporter Xu Yuanfeng

The car was off the highway and was abducted in the Yunnan Modern Industrial Park. The reporter was taken to a packaging factory and interviewed in the general manager's office - this is the factory of Lu Shaoqin. It is hard to imagine that a family that had been ill and owed a debt more than a decade ago is now a thumbs up. Talking about the past, Lu Shaoqin said that it is very important to not accept the fate of fate, and learning can prop up the "falling sky."

Lu Shaoqin is 48 years old and has a junior high school culture. He lives in Chad Valley Village, Yuming County, Kunming City. He is a well-known chicken professional household, and is also a good person in the eyes of the villagers. From 1999 to 2005, Lu Shaoqin's family was somewhat "back-to-back". In the face of bad luck, the average person is probably not quite. In 1999, the husband who drove the Dongfeng truck and transported the dregs suffered a car accident. Although the responsibility was not on his own side, he also lost tens of thousands of yuan. In 2000, the father of the late stage of lung cancer died after lying in bed for a year, and the medical expenses were short-selled. "The husband has to send the money to the hospital." In 2002, Lu Shaoqin, who had just learned to raise chickens, ran into "chicken cockroaches" and lost the money he borrowed. At the end of 2003, the husband’s company in the mine had a production accident, two people died, and one car was basically scrapped. In 2004, Lu Shaoqin gave more than 400,000 yuan to guarantee, but the guarantor ran...

Lu Shaoqin in the predicament, relying on the character of disobedience and the character of credit, and relying on continuous learning of farming technology and management experience, step by step. In order to fulfill his father's wish, Lu Shaoqin borrowed money to build a new house at home, but only started the framework. After the death of his father, Lu Shaoqin used this frame to block the board and start the breeding factory. After the accident in the farm in 2002, she humbly learned farming techniques and earned money in the second year. The farm was then interrupted for some reason. In 2007, Lu Shaoqin, who re-established the breeding factory, went to Yunnan Agricultural University to study, and later became the “excellent party member technology demonstration household” in the county. The husband evaluated her: This person works hard and loves to learn. Although it is only a rural woman with a junior high school education, Lu Shaoqin learned computer knowledge himself and used a computer early in the village. In 2017, she became an outstanding party member in the county because she led the villagers to become rich.

As a member of the County Political Consultative Conference and a volunteer of the Red Cross, Lu Shaoqin actively participated in the precision poverty alleviation. She summed up her own experience and said that some poverty alleviation objects must first "treat lazy." As long as you are willing to learn and work hard, you will be able to get rid of poverty. "Learning is not limited to men, women and children, as long as the heart is harvested." She said with emotion: "If people don't learn, they will have no power and capital to live a good life."

Embroidery

●Zhao Xiulan, villager of Hongsibao District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia

I am 48 years old and I am the sixth generation inheritor of Ningxia Zhao's embroidery. I have been learning embroidery with my mother since I was 9 years old. I have liked this craft since I was a child, but I never thought that this craft would let me go today, not only made me become "Chairman Zhao", but also became more driving. The golden key for rural women to get rid of poverty.

In 2005, I moved from Tongxin County to Hongsibao. Except for embroidery, no other technology will do. In order to get rid of the family dilemma, I opened a clothing store, but I still have embroidery in my heart, and spent a lot of free time on the improvement of embroidery craftsmanship, accumulating a large number of works.

Two years later, I and my two sisters took the test and took more than 100 works to Yinchuan and participated in an exhibition organized by the Cultural Department of the Autonomous Region. I did not expect to be of great interest to the organizers of the exhibition. Three days after the exhibition, my work was recommended to participate in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage declarations in the autonomous region.

Since then, I have felt that it is feasible to start a business with ancestral embroidery. The Red Temple Fort Women's Federation gave me 50,000 yuan of women's entrepreneurial loan support, and the first embroidery shop was born. In September 2008, in order to participate in the first tourism product exhibition in Ningxia, I used the “Five Fortunes” prepared in one month to win the gold prize and sell a high price of 12,000 yuan.

In 2013, I founded the Xiusan Heritage Embroidery Welfare Co., Ltd. in Hongsibao District, achieving a steady income of hundreds of thousands per year. I often think that if the women who stay in the countryside also have this craft, there will be no stable income-increasing channels. After communicating with the leaders in the district, I opened an embroidery training class in the towns and villages of Hongsibao District to build bridges for the development of rural women's production. I also invited some physically disabled but ingenious rural women to work in the company. Up to now, there are more than 60 employees, and the products are exported to Beishangguang, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Some products are also exported to Dubai, Mauritius and South Korea.

A mature craftsman has an income of about 2,000 yuan per month, so every time I go to a place to engage in training, the registration is particularly enthusiastic. Some women took my hand and said, "I can't think of the old craftsmanship and make people feel their pockets!"

"Alpine big bang" into a brand

● Guo Yanan, deputy mayor of Gaoshan Town, South Suburb of Datong City, Shanxi Province

The idea of the first "alpine scorpion" was the first month of the job in Gaoshan Town. After visiting several villages, I found that even though the family income was meager, the peasant women were mostly idle, and the little wife and nephew aunt sat together to chat and sunbathe, and went home to cook. Most of the women on the mountain are simple and capable, and they start to rub their faces back and forth, and they are even and slender. When they walk into the house, the furnishings are inconspicuous, but they are well organized. Alpine town once guarded the underground Wujin, the men did not support the family in the mine, and the women would cook at home and wait for the family to return. After the integration of small coal mines, the work and dividends are no longer. The days are tight and even poor. Women do not go out to work, but the "regional characteristics" that serve men are still there.

"The culture is not high, simple and diligent, knowing the roots, knowing each person's specialty, and not being too far away from home." These keywords are together, and it is necessary to set up a high-quality domestic service team to serve the city. An important part of the work plan. Therefore, I took the lead and the human society department to apply for the introduction of the famous mutual vocational school in this city, and set up a free home service learning platform. The courses are meticulous and comprehensive, all taught and operated by professional teachers.

There were very few people who originally signed up. I ran the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to apply for special poverty alleviation funds for technical training, and reimbursed daily round-trip fares and lunch grants for women who insisted on completing all courses on time. Through the assessment, the qualification certificate is issued, and the town recommends employment. The daughter-in-law of the nearby villages had a subsidy, and finally someone signed up, so they barely got enough to start.

In the first week of the class, no matter how busy the work, I took the time to go to the training class to listen, take a look, sit down, listen to the teachers, whether it is practical, whether the curriculum is reasonable, and the women and students after school. Chat, tell everyone about the benefits of future relocations; talk about the determination of the town to help solve employment problems; talk about the advantages of finding a job and increase the income to improve the quality of family life... a week later, through training The village woman passed on by word of mouth, and people came to the town to apply for training. Two weeks later, the first training course increased to 127 people. At the graduation ceremony of the first training class, the women who got the qualifications also spontaneously organized a cultural program such as twisting Yangko, singing and singing, which was more lively than the New Year. At the request of everyone, we have successively launched the second training course on domestic service and trained 210 students.

Now, the brand “Alpine Daxie” has been registered, and more than ten outstanding students have been sent to senior domestic companies in the first-tier cities for higher quality training and internships. They officially took up after the Spring Festival.

Lanterns illuminate the road to get rich

●Li Yueqin Villagers, Dongbaimiao Village, Xiangying Township, Yanqing District, Beijing

In the past, my husband and I opened a small restaurant in the town. The two started to get rid of the black, but the income was only enough to maintain the family's life. By chance, I met Yan Wanjun, the lantern maker of Hongmiao Village in Huairou District, the first village of Lantern in Beijing. He then worshipped him as a teacher and studied lantern making.

Small lanterns seem simple, but the production process is extremely complicated. Small to wire, color, large to take the skeleton, all need to be handmade, the simplest lanterns also take half a day, the most complicated dragon lamp to do at least 15 days. At the beginning, the lanterns that were time-consuming and laborious to make, often inaccurate in shape and poor in appearance, made me feel very frustrated. Someone advised me to give up, but I chose to stick to it. Keep the cloud open to see the moon. Nowadays, I am already familiar with the craftsmanship of various lanterns and become a famous lantern making expert.

Dongbaimiao Village is one of the seven low-income villages in Xiangying Township. There are many old people and few young laborers. There has been no characteristic leading industry that can generate income. Most of the villagers mainly plant corn and miscellaneous grains, with low yield and low income. The Xiangying Township Government invited the “enable people” outside to start business in the village to promote the development of low-income villages and increase incomes for low-income households. I want to develop jobs in the village, create jobs for the villagers, increase income, and let everyone live a good life.

In May of last year, I returned to the village with the capital of 700,000 yuan from East Norse, and created a 400-square-meter soaring lantern hand-made workshop. The staff in the workshop are villagers in Dongbaimiao Village and surrounding villages, most of which are low-income households and disabled people. After nearly four months of training, the folks in the workshop have now become lantern makers, who can independently complete the production of simple lanterns.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dog, our Lantern Workshop received a lot of orders. More than a dozen workers worked overtime every day until 10 pm, and sold almost 30,000 lanterns. The government is very supportive of our business, Wanda Organic Agriculture Park, Wowo Modern Apple Demonstration Park, Xinzhuang Fort World Garden Theme Village and other environmental arrangements, the township government has preferred our products.

The Beijing World Horticultural Exposition and the Winter Olympics will be held at the entrance of Yanqing. I want to incorporate the styles of the World Expo and the Winter Olympics into the production of lanterns to create a lighting work with Yanqing characteristics. I believe that in the future, we will make a name for ourselves. After opening the market, we will definitely attract more low-income households to work here. Small lanterns will surely become a big industry for villagers to get rich.

New Year's Eve, 3 years old

●Zhang Bisu, villager of Qingliang Village, Quba Town, Naxi District, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province

March 5th is a special day for me. On this day, at the age of 49, I took my son and daughter-in-law with intellectual and language barriers and moved into a new home with a quilt.

Before 2004, my husband was a porter at the station and dock at Naxi. I guarded the cigarette stand next to the station. Although the days are not rich, they are also good. In 2004, her husband accidentally fell while carrying goods, causing a cervical burst fracture. In the next few years of treatment and well-being, my family owed more than 60,000 yuan in debt, and almost all of the value of the family was sold out.

So, I left the cigarette stand to my husband and went to the Yongning Road community in Yongning Street, Naxi District to work as a cleaner. During that time, because of the high debts, there was no laughter at home, and I lost hope for life. I felt that everything was gray.

In May 2014, I was surprised to learn that the Naxi District Women's Federation held the “Yunxi Yuexi” training class. I know that "Moon" is a new type of occupation. In the training class, I carefully studied the baby's life care, nutritional catering, postpartum rehabilitation guidance, common disease prevention, and potential development. A month later, I took the post and the owner prepaid my salary of 3,800 yuan. Although I took good care of my baby, I didn't know how to communicate with young parents and other family members, so I asked the District Women's Federation for help. The Women's Federation recommended that I participate in another monthly training class to learn about domestic service etiquette, family safety etiquette, family safety norms, mental health knowledge and other domestic service knowledge.

I have been to Chengdu and Guizhou Chishui, Xishui and other places to do "Moon." With a smile, it is my first impression left to every employer. In 2016, I should go to Chishui to take care of Ms. Ye's baby. In this family, there are middle school teachers, military officers, business presidents, and government officials. However, I still regard myself as a "family member" in accordance with professional requirements - the baby's "grandmother." July 16th is my birthday. On the night, members of the whole family launched a birthday cake and sang the first "Happy Birthday Song" in my life. At that moment, I burst into tears.

At present, I am earnestly engaged in business due to my work. The salary income is nearly 10,000 yuan per month. I need an appointment to hire. The new building in the home has been completed, and my life has also changed from the village woman to the "professional moon."

Mushroom breeding rounds out of poverty

●Zhou Xiuyan, villager of Yunxiaozhou Village, Xindian Village, Desheng Town, Lichuan County, Jiangxi Province

If you want to get rid of poverty and get rich, you have to master the practical skills of the door. So I went to the village to learn how to grow mushrooms. By planting tea mushrooms, I have spent many years getting rid of poverty and getting rich dreams.

It turned out that my family's life was very good. In 2005, her husband died of illness and his family owed more than 20,000 yuan in debt. The whole family’s life depends on me alone. There are only 4 mu of grain fields in the family, and the food is enough to eat. Usually, I help people to do odd jobs, earn some hard money, and the family can make a living. The village saw the situation in my family and listed me and two children as poor people in the establishment of the card.

But I think that my body is still okay, I can't always wear the hat of a poor household, and I will live by the government's relief for the rest of my life. In recent years, many people in Desheng Town have been rich in tea. I also moved my heart when I cultivated tea, but I didn’t have the skills at the time. In the village, people should ask for help from small workers. When I am doing small work, I will record the production process of mushrooms, such as ingredients, mixing, bagging, and sterilization. The key technology of mushroom cultivation, but also ask the expert to give pointers.

In 2014, with the help of the poverty alleviation cadres, I applied for a 5,000 yuan industrial poverty alleviation loan and tried to cultivate 5,000 teas. Planting tea mushroom, the temperature and humidity requirements are higher, I vacated two vacancies at home, as a production room for planting tea. In the first year of growing mushrooms, although I only earned more than 2,000 yuan, my experience in planting mushrooms has been much more practical.

In the next few years, my family will grow tea and mushrooms every year, and also move from indoors to plastic greenhouses built outside. I gradually mastered some techniques for increasing production. When the mushroom is opened, I can't spray too much water. When controlling the temperature, I use the soil method to heat the charcoal in the greenhouse and control the temperature between 20 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius. Using these methods, the fungus that I made can produce 4 to 5 yuan per mushroom. The year before, my family planted 20,000 cups of tea, and earned a net profit of 15,000 yuan, and removed the hat of poor households. In the second half of last year, I expanded the scale of 38,000 pots of tea, and it is expected that the first batch of mushrooms will be produced around the Ching Ming Festival this year. It is foreseeable that my family's future will definitely get better and better.
